LapinQ Shipping Policy

At LapinQ, we aim to deliver your favourite kidswear quickly, safely, and with complete transparency. Please read our shipping guidelines below.


1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2-4  business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.


2. Shipping Timeline

We deliver across India with trusted courier partners.

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Tier 1 & Tier 2 Cities: 4–8 business days

  • Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

Please note: Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control (weather, courier delays, festive rush etc.).


3. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all orders.

  • A standard shipping fee of ₹69–₹99 may apply on orders below ₹999 (depending on region).


4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS/Email/WhatsApp with your tracking link.

  • You can check real-time updates anytime using this link.


6. Address Errors or Delivery Failure

If the courier is unable to deliver due to:

  • incorrect/incomplete address

  • unavailability of the customer

  • phone number not reachable

The package may be returned to us.
 Re-shipping charges will apply if you want the order sent again.


7. International Shipping

Currently, LapinQ does not offer international shipping.
 We deliver only within India.


8. Packaging & Safety

  • Every product is quality-checked before dispatch.

  • Orders are packed securely to ensure your kid’s outfits reach you safely and in perfect condition.


9. Delays During Sale Periods

During festivals, mega sales, and new launches, shipments may take slightly longer due to high order volume.
 We appreciate your patience.
